1 snack of choice last week
Sautee some spinach and portobellos with chopped garlic and e.v.o.o.
throw some tortillas in the oven while that sautees. removed then top with shredded cheese.
top it with the sautee, corn, tomatoes, and a little more cheese. I like mine with hot sauce and sour cream
